Return & Refund Policy
At Power Antiques, we take pride in accurately describing and photographing each item we sell. Many of our products are vintage, antique, collectible, or one-of-a-kind pieces that may show signs of age, wear, or use consistent with their history.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, and item details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the item
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Shipping Damage
Items damaged during shipment may be eligible for repair, store credit, or reimbursement at our discretion and subject to carrier claim requirements.
